Below is the list of documents required to apply for a visa, please collect all the documents and drop us mail, keeping all the documents ready, so that we can further check and start the process of VISA.

 
Dubai Visa On Arrival

Indian citizens with a valid UK or US visa can avail the Dubai visa on arrival facility. However, if you wish to avail this facility, a fee will have to be paid at the Dubai immigration as visa on arrival charges. If you do not have a valid US or UK visa, you can apply for your Dubai visa from India.

  • Scanned colour copy of your pan card
  • Scanned colour copy of the first and last page of your passport
  • Passport should be valid for at least 6 months
  • Scanned colour copy of your passport-size photograph taken against a white background 
  • Confirmed return air ticket
 

Note:

  • Dubai visa doesn't include OK to Board charges.
  • Dubai embassy is closed on friday, saturday and sunday.
  • Please provide the flight ticket copies 72 working hours prior to your departure for processing your Ok to Board.
  • Dubai tourist visa is valid for 58 days, Dubai transit visa is valid for 30 days
  • The Consulate may ask for additional documents if required.
  • Children below 18 years of age have to provide passport copies of their parents
  • Scanned copy of your documents should be in .jpeg format.
  • The processing time for a Dubai visa is approximately 10 working days.

What is an OK to Board?

Once you receive a valid visa to Dubai, you have to send your visa copy to the airline you have booked your flight ticket with. After rechecking your visa, the airline approves your ticket and marks your flight PNR as OK to Board. Please note that you cannot board a flight if your PNR is not reflecting OK to Board. Thus, The Travelius strongly recommends all the passengers travelling to the above mentioned places to check their OK to Board status with the respective airline at least 72 hours prior to departure.



Citizens of which countries require OK to Board (OTB)?

Citizens of India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan need OK to Board approval when they travel from their respective country of citizenship.



Which categories of Indian Passport holders travelling to the UAE require OK To Board?

Passengers travelling on Indigo Airlines, Air India, Air India Express, Emirates and Etihad with ECR (Emigration Check Required) passport.

Passengers travelling with a print-out of Labour & Work e-visa.

Passengers travelling on SpiceJet, Air Arabia, Fly Dubai, Kuwait Airways, Gulf Air, Oman Air, SriLankan Airlines.

What about OK To Board for Indian Passport Holders travelling to Oman?

You do not require OK to Board if you are holding an original visa (received via post or courier from Oman).

In case, you are holding a photocopy of the visa, the visa sponsor will have to deposit the original visa at the Muscat Airport and get OK To Board from the respective airline office in Muscat.



Why is OK to Board so important?

Due to an increase in fake visas, many Indian passengers were deported back to India in the past. To minimize the fake visa issues, airlines flying to the above mentioned destinations and the sponsors started re-checking traveller’s visas and the return airline ticket before the departure to these places.



How can I get an OK to Board?

You can simply connect with Airlines and get your OK to Board updated or you can simply connect with The Travelius visa team and get your OK to Board. You have to submit all the required documents for applying for the visa. Once approved, your visa copy along with your return flight tickets will be sent directly to the respective airline to get OK to Board in your PNR. The airline will rectify your visa and flight tickets and issue an OK to Board in your PNR.

When should I apply for the OK to Board?

Once you receive your visa, simply send us your return flight ticket copy. We will connect with the airline and get the OK to Board. Please ensure that you send all the required documents at least 3 working days prior to your scheduled flight to allow the respective airline enough time to update OK to Board in your PNR.



How can I know about my status on OK to Board?

You can also call the respective airline directly to reconfirm your OK to Board status 48 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure.



What if my PNR doesn’t reflect OK to Board?

If your flight ticket is not showing an OK to Board than the airline has the authority to deny entry on the aircraft.



UAE Visa Terms & Conditions

  • Visa application fees are non-refundable in all cases, including visa application rejection.
  • A penalty of AED 400 will be charged per visitor on the first day of overstaying a day and AED 200 for every additional day thereafter.
  • Visa applications will only be accepted after the verification of all required documents and receipt of complete payment of package.
  • All visas are issued as single-entry e-visas and are valid for entry within 58 days from the date of issuance.
  • Visas issued under visit/business/transit/tourist profession are not eligible to work in UAE.
  • Once accepted, visa applications require a minimum of 10 working days to process and may take longer. Visa application approval and processing time is at the sole discretion of the UAE government.
  • The Travelius will not bear any liability for the processing time or rejection of visa applications by the UAE government.
  • Additional documents may be requested from certain applicants at embassy discretion.
