Below are the Documents for Singapore Visa application

In order to apply for Singapore Visa, you will be required to submit the following documents in hard copies

Tourist visa:

• Original passport and old passports, if any
• Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of submission of the visa, with a minimum of two blank pages
• Confirmed return air tickets.
• Visa application form duly filled and signed
• 2 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish (size 35 mm x 45 mm and 80% face close-up) 
• Original covering letter mentioning Applicant Name, Passport No, Travel dates, details of persons travelling together, Stay details in Singapore, Employment details Mobile number and email ID of the applicant
• The letter must be filled and signed with a black pen
• Original bank statements reflecting transactions of the last 6 months, duly attested and signed by a bank official
• Address proof required if address is different from the passport (E.g. Telephone /Electricity /Mobile bill/Society letter/Rent agreement (Any one documents required)
• Financial papers required if traveling for the first time (E.g. Bank statement for last Three Months / Last Three years Tax papers etc. (Any One document required.)
• Mandatory travel insurance with minimum coverage of SGD 30000/-
• Negative RT-PCR test report 48hrs prior to departure
• Applicants to register and pay for on arrival PCR test at Singapore Airport on https://safetravel.changiairport.com/#/

Additional documents

If the applicant is employed:

• Salary slips for the last 3 months
• Company ID card copy

If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:

• Certificate of registration of the company / Certificate of Incorporation (MOA / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership deed, etc)
• Covering letter on the company letter head and financial documents

If the applicant is Sponsored:

• Proof of sponsorship and/or information on the Invitation
• If the trip is sponsored by father/mother/guardian or any person other than the applicant who is travelling, written consent certified by public notary of the parents or guardian or the person sponsoring the trip

If the applicant is Invited:

• Invitation letter
• V39 form
• Passport copy of the Invitee
• Fin card copy

If the wife and child traveling alone:

• Then an original NOC from husband

Note:

• Download the visa form attachment below.
• The Singapore Embassy  is closed on Saturday and sunday.
  
• The processing time for a Singapore visa is approximately 10 working days.
  
• If the applicant's documents have to be delivered, there would be an additional courier fee of INR 500 applicable if the documents have to be delivered.

Singapore Visa photo size

Along with the documents required for Singapore visa application for Indians, two passport size photographs need to be submitted. In order to ensure a successful Singapore Visa process, all applicants applying for a Singapore tourist visa must present a full-face photograph, taken against a white background with a specific size. Below are the requirements for Indian citizens applying for a Singapore visa. 

Please ensure that your Singapore visa photograph meets the following requirements:

• The Singapore visa photo size should be 45.0 (Height) X 35.0 (Width)
• The background of the photo should be plain white or any light colour shade. Please ensure that the background doesn’t have any patterns, shadows or designs.
• A "full face" photo is one in which the applicant is facing the camera directly. The applicant should not be looking down or to either side. The face should cover about 80 percent of the area of the photo. The key requirement is that the photograph clearly identifies the applicant.
• Sunglasses, hats, scarfs or other accessories, which would detract from the face, are not acceptable. However, religious headgears are permitted but should show the face clearly.
• Photos of members of the military, airline employees or other personnel wearing hats are not acceptable.
• Since a separate visa is issued to each qualified applicant, an individual photo is required in all cases. Group photos are not acceptable.
• Digitally-altered photographs will not be accepted. This includes alterations of color or pattern in the background of the picture. Photographs that are out-of- focus, air-brushed or otherwise substandard will not be accepted.
